NovaDrama ("NovaDrama," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and otherwise processed when you use the NovaDrama mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

NovaDrama is a short-form drama application supported by advertising. The Services do not provide user account registration or login functionality and do not include payment or in-app purchase functionality. Accordingly, we do not maintain user account profiles or collect payment card or billing information through the Services. However, certain device, usage, advertising, and technical information may be processed automatically by NovaDrama and/or third-party advertising, analytics, security, and technology providers as described below.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires your consent for a particular type of processing, we will request that consent before carrying out that processing.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the NovaDrama Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, advertisements, or services that may be linked from or displayed within NovaDrama. Those third parties have their own privacy practices and policies.

2. Information We May Collect

Because NovaDrama does not have an account system, we do not ask you to create a username, password, user profile, or account. We also do not collect payment information through the Services.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

If you contact us by email for customer support, privacy requests, feedback, or other inquiries, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message or attachments. We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate support records, protect our rights, and comply with applicable law.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use NovaDrama, the app and our third-party service providers may automatically collect or process information such as:

• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, screen or display characteristics, network type, and similar technical information.
• Online and advertising identifiers, such as IP address, resettable advertising identifiers (for example, Google Advertising ID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) when available and permitted), app instance identifiers, and similar identifiers made available by your device, operating system, or integrated SDKs.
• Usage information, such as app launches, screen or page views, viewing or content interaction events, session duration, feature interactions, and similar activity information.
• Advertising information, such as ad impressions, ad clicks, ad interaction events, ad frequency, attribution information, and information used to detect invalid traffic or advertising fraud.
• Diagnostics and performance information, such as crash logs, error reports, performance metrics, and other technical diagnostics.
• Approximate location or region inferred from information such as your IP address, where used for localization, security, analytics, or advertising. NovaDrama does not intentionally collect precise GPS location unless a specific feature requires it and the required notice and permission are provided.
• Privacy and consent choices, where applicable, such as whether you have consented to personalized advertising or tracking.

The exact information processed may vary depending on your device, operating system, app version, country or region, privacy choices, and the third-party SDKs included in the version of NovaDrama you use.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve NovaDrama and deliver short-form drama content and app functionality.
• To understand how the Services are used, measure performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve stability and user experience.
• To display advertisements, measure advertising performance, limit repeated ads, attribute ad interactions, prevent advertising fraud, and, where permitted by law and your choices, provide personalized advertising.
• To protect the security and integrity of the Services, prevent abuse, detect fraud or malicious activity, and enforce applicable terms or policies.
• To respond to support requests, privacy requests, complaints, or other communications that you send to us.
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and lawful government requests, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party SDKs

NovaDrama is supported by advertising. We may integrate third-party advertising networks, ad mediation services, analytics tools, crash-reporting services, security services, and other technology SDKs. These third parties may automatically collect or receive certain device, usage, advertising, technical, and approximate location information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Advertising partners may use information to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, perform attribution, and, where permitted by applicable law and your consent or privacy choices, personalize advertising. Depending on the provider and applicable law, some partners may act as our service providers/processors and others may process certain information for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, under certain U.S. state privacy laws, disclosures of identifiers or usage information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" even when no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out as described in Section 10.

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, NovaDrama will request permission before using tracking technologies or advertising identifiers for personalized advertising. You may also be able to control advertising tracking or reset/delete advertising identifiers through your device or platform privacy settings.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA, United Kingdom, and Similar Jurisdictions)

Where data protection law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following, depending on the specific activity:

• Consent: for example, where consent is required for personalized advertising, tracking, access to certain device identifiers, or non-essential technologies. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to applicable law and available controls.
• Performance of a service requested by you: where processing is necessary to deliver the NovaDrama Services or functionality you request.
• Legitimate interests: where permitted by law, for purposes such as operating and securing the Services, preventing fraud and abuse, measuring basic app performance, troubleshooting, and improving the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Legal obligations and legal claims: where processing is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Advertising and ad-technology providers: to display, measure, attribute, secure, and, where legally permitted, personalize advertising.
• Analytics, crash-reporting, security, cloud, and technical service providers: to operate, analyze, protect, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Legal and safety disclosures: where we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of NovaDrama, our users, or others.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
• With your direction or consent: where you ask us to disclose information or otherwise authorize the disclosure.

NovaDrama does not use payment processors in connection with the Services because NovaDrama does not provide payment or purchase functionality.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

NovaDrama does not maintain user account profiles because the Services do not include an account system. We retain personal data under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide and secure the Services, respond to support or privacy requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it is processed, legal requirements, and the systems or third-party providers involved. When information under our control is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law. Third-party advertising and analytics providers may apply their own retention periods to information they process under their own policies and legal responsibilities.

Because NovaDrama has no user account, we may not be able to identify data relating to you based only on your email address. To process certain privacy requests, we may ask you to provide limited information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant data, such as device or advertising identifier information, where permitted by law.

8. International Data Transfers

NovaDrama and its service providers may process information in countries or regions other than the country where you are located. Those jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data, which may include contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. You may contact us using the email address in Section 14 if you have questions about international data transfers.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data under our control against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. We also expect service providers that process data on our behalf to use appropriate safeguards. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures or targeted advertising.

We may need to verify the request or ask for information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant data, while avoiding collection of unnecessary information. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

For advertising and tracking choices, you may also use privacy controls made available by your device or platform. On supported devices, these may include controls relating to app tracking, advertising personalization, or resettable advertising identifiers. Where NovaDrama presents an in-app consent or privacy choice, you can use that mechanism to change your choice where supported.

10.1 California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with an applicable comprehensive privacy law, and NovaDrama is subject to that law, you may have rights to know or access personal information, request deletion or correction, obtain a portable copy of certain information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or the use of personal information for targeted advertising. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.

As noted above, NovaDrama does not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising-related disclosures may nevertheless be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some state laws. Where an applicable law provides you with an opt-out right, you may submit a request at [email protected] and use any applicable in-app or platform privacy controls that are made available to you.

10.2 EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If applicable data protection law provides these rights, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country or region.

11. Children's Privacy

NovaDrama is a general-audience entertainment service and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances that require parental consent under applicable law. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

Different jurisdictions may apply a higher age threshold or additional requirements for minors. Where applicable, we will follow the age and parental-consent requirements required by local law.

NovaDrama may display advertisements or links that lead to third-party websites, apps, or services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you choose to use.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, technology, legal requirements, or our data practices. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
